Pain Free with CBD: Science Confirms The Natural Approach Works
When it comes to chronic pain, everyone is looking for a natural solution. Cannabidiol or CBD, is one option that has been shown to be effective. Science confirms that CBD relieves pain and inflammation without the need for prescription medications.
If you are suffering from chronic pain, consider trying CBD – you may be surprised at how well it works!
Treating Chronic Pain
It only takes a few hits of a CBD joint or dropper full of CBD tincture to be pain-free for several hours.
The cannabinoids found in cannabis CBD can help to relieve inflammation, reducing swelling, and pain in the hands, joints, fingers, shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles, and spine. It has also been proven to reduce tension in the back, neck, and shoulder areas.
Arthritis is inflammation of the joints. Cannabidiol CBD is a natural anti-inflammatory and so wards off inflammation, bringing about full relief from the pain in the body’s joints and vertebrae.
Ditch the Pharmaceuticals for Good!
“Two puffs every four hours as needed for pain,” works much better for me, than Naproxen, Ibuprofen, Vicodin, or even Xanax. CBD is derived from the cannabis plant which is an herb and is non-addictive, non-narcotic, and non-psychoactive. Whereas a toxic cocktail of addictive pharmaceuticals can put anyone on a deathbed at an early age when used too frequently or for too long.

So, instead of dying or relying on harmful prescriptions, I began using herbs to cleanse my body of all the toxins and CBD to relieve the pain. By maintaining a consistent level of cannabidiol in my body I stay pain-free all day and avoid the chronic inflammation which is the gateway to cancer and many other diseases.
CBD also relieves stress which safely helps to maintain a relaxed body and mind, every day.
Breathe Better – Respiratory Asthma, Breathing, or Chronic Bronchitis
I know that might sound a little backward, but it is true! Smoking cannabis helped me to eliminate four daily inhalers and say goodbye to chronic bronchitis for good.
Smoking any medicinal quality cannabis helps me with my breathing, better and safer than daily steroidal inhalers, because CBD is a natural antibacterial while THC acts like a bronchodilator, increasing breathing efficiency.
Smoking cannabis also causes coughing which expels any particles, intruders, or congestion from the lungs and opens air passages. Whereas inhalers only send steroids and chemicals into our bodies which also causes an increased heartbeat along with several other side-effects.
Let’s face it the air quality is at an all-time low and millions of people are on inhalers or suffering from respiratory problems. The coughing induced by cannabis clears and opens the airways without the side-effects.
If you are not treating respiratory problems or prefer not to smoke, you can always use cannabidiol tinctures or edibles. When I do not need to smoke for my breathing or if CBD flower is not available, I take the CBD tincture. Tinctures are the pure extract of cannabidiol oil.
Two droppers full of tincture, one in the morning and one in the evening, works better for me than any pain pill. CBD tinctures come in several different dosages and flavors. Just one dropper full every 12 hours provides me perfect and consistent pain relief.
With CBD tinctures, I can achieve almost instantaneous relief from pain and inflammation throughout my entire body without any side-effects. It helps my hands, fingers, feet, neck, and back feel better 24-hours a day. Although doses may vary, all human bodies have the same biological make-up and therefore, CBD can work for anyone.
While taking over-the-counter or commonly prescribed Naproxen for inflammation, has been known to cause liver complications after long-term use. And taking just two Ibuprofen causes me intense heartburn for the duration that the pills are in my system. This, in turn, causes the need for an antacid.
Both prescribed heartburn pills and over-the-counter antacids have been proven to have adverse side-effects that brings on the need for even more medication!
But never to fear, nature has provided the remedies for all our ailments so that we can get off the hamster wheel of “medicine, side-effects, more medicine,” that has trapped so many of us in its vicious cycle, for years.
Indica strains of cannabis can be used for treating heartburn. Just a couple of hits after dinner, works as well for heartburn as does a peppermint candy. THC in the indica strains also serve as a muscle relaxer, which helps for a more restful sleep through the night.
There are, of course, other natural remedies for the treatment of heartburn besides cannabis and mint. If you have no herbs on hand, you can use the age-old remedy of lemon juice and baking soda! Any of these natural treatments are much healthier for our body and immune system. Which is vitally important to staying healthy.
CBD is a natural solution to pain and inflammation, without the side-effects or potential addiction to prescription medications. With so many proven health benefits, it is no wonder that more and more people are turning to CBD for relief.
If you are looking for a safe and effective way to treat pain, CBD may be the answer.

And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
